Shane Lewis-Hughes to make Wales debut against Scotland, Liam Williams returns

Shane Lewis-Hughes’ Cardiff Blues will make his international debut Saturday as he makes his debut in the postponed Six Nations final against Scotland.

Lewis Hughes, 23, was not named after the original 38-strong team.

Liam Williams returns to replace George North’s wing, while the support of Thomas Francis and Will Rawlance Castle is included.

Captain Alun Vin Jones will break the world record at his 149th international tournament.

Welsh head coach Wayne Peewack made six changes to the team that lost 38-21 times to France on Saturday.

Lewis Hughes has been brought in to cover the candidates with back problems, Ross Moriarty and Josh Navidi, who are unavailable.

Navidi didn’t play this season after a concussion in practice, while Moriarty had to start in Paris before he would damage his ankle.

Aaron Wainright, Justin Tipurick and Taulupe Faletau form the last row in Paris.

Tipuric and Faletau keep their starting positions, but Wainwright is not in the team and James Davis stays on the bench as captain of the back row.

Lewis-Hewes has played for the Cardiff Blues 36 times since his debut in the 2016-17 season.

Center Nick Tompkins sits on the bench and Owen Watkin takes his place at 12:00 and stands in line for Jonathan Davis in midfield.

Owen lost 20 bizarre tests, Beerwake said.

Given the expected circumstances, we also need a large and powerful midfield protection suit.

Williams returns to the piano, plays his first game in seven months for Scarlett with Benetton last Friday, and forms a triple tail with Lee Halfpennie and Josh Adams.

This is a fantastic day for Alun Wien, according to Beerwake.

He is a great leader in this group and sets a good example. When he talks, everybody listens. He’s always a fact, at the cutting edge, and just a great guy in our neighborhood.

We are very happy that he reached the record and that he had to wait longer than expected for the summer tour, but doing the Six Nations Game will be special for him.
