Since the 2018 premiere of Cobra Kai, Courtney Henggeler has played Daniel LaRusso’s (Ralph Macchio) wife, Amanda. Since she plays a supportive wife in the show, some fans may be curious if she is married in real life.
Henggeler Ved Ross Cohn in 2015
The actress has a husband. According to an October 2018 post on his Instagram account, Henggeler tied the knot with producer Ross Cohn in 2015.

In another Instagram update released on the 29th. Put online in August 2018, it reveals that Cohn proposed to her in Madison Square Park while she was in New York in 2014.
Married couple – parents of two children
The couple also have two children, Oscar Noah and Georgie Healy. Georgie was born in March 2019 and Oscar will be born on the 25th. January four years.
In 2019, Henggeler celebrated Father’s Day by sharing an adorable post from Instagram praising her husband for his parenting skills.
In a humorous post, she indicated that she originally wanted the father of her children to be the famous singer of Jordan Knight New Kids on the Block. However, she stated that she never met Jordan Knight.
But I would meet @rosskohn the best person to make babies with, the actress continued. If I had to choose the perfect person to be my father, it would be you! Stay tuned. That came out wrong. I want to tell you that I love you! I can’t think of a better father. I mean, maybe Jordan Knight, but I guess we’ll never know. Happy Father’s Day.
According to Henggeler, Cohn also begged her to continue with her acting career when she considered quitting a few years ago. In a recent interview with Newsday, she revealed that her husband’s insistence on keeping his trust with the Screen Actors Guild ultimately led to her appearance in Cobra Chi.
I just had a son. I’ve decided to get out of the game. I’ve been doing this for so long, since I was 20 years old, explains the 42-year-old. It was exhausting and I couldn’t get anywhere. I said to my husband: I think I’ve had enough. That’s him: That’s amazing. I’ll support you in whatever you want. But we get our health insurance through the SAG [Screen Actors Guild]. Can you wait until we come up with a plan B? The following week, I got an audition for Cobra Kai.
The mother of two also spoke about her character’s marriage. Speaking to LRM Online, she and her colleague Mary Mauser, who plays the role of Samantha LaRusso, described and explained the relationship between Amanda and Daniel,
When I think of our characters, I see Daniel as pure emotion and heart. I think he has a lot of heart and consideration, and I also think he responds with his feelings and his heart. And I think Amanda balances things out that way. She is more resilient and thinks more objectively, while he cannot help but follow his instincts and his heart. So I think they’re kind of a little team, a great little couple. They complement each other.
